ABOUT SWEET & SALTY QUEENS
The concept for Sweet & Salty Queens began in 2020 in our Astoria, Queens apartment. For the first two years we operated as a home-processor and provided our pastries at local pop-ups, coffee shops in Brooklyn and Queens, online for delivery, and at outdoor markets across NYC. In March 2022 we made the decision to relocate ourselves and our small business to Peekskill, NY where we hope to grow. We currently operate out of the RYZE Collective located in Peekskill's Hat Factory. You can find our products at local cafe's in northwestern Westchester, sold online for local delivery, and seasonally at local farmers markets. As a small business our mission is to provide delicious and healthy desserts using locally sourced products and to offer an inclusive menu that centers around customers with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Our long-term goal is to be a community-based resource by offering opportunities such as skills-based training and open employment.
